Endurance (Kilborn, 2010)
All of the Jack Kilborn novels seem to get the same rating from me.
They are all good but I was looking for a different kind of antagonist in this one, hoping it was more of a haunted inn story, but it had the same style of sadistic killer as in the other two. Still imaginative and entertaining none the less.
